WARRENVILLE, Ill. (October 27, 2008) - Navistar Financial Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Navistar International Corporation (NYSE: NAV), has signed an agreement extending its $100 million retail accounts conduit funding facility. This facility is used to support the purchase of fleet accounts receivable, creating additional liquidity for the parent company and Navistar Financial. The liquidity is provided through one of Navistar Financial’s relationship bank’s multi-seller conduit facilities.
Earlier this month Navistar Financial Corporation announced an early renewal of its $800 million dealer floor plan funding facility.
“Despite the turbulent market, we continue to have solid access to funding to help our dealers and customers buy trucks,” said Mary Ellen Kummer, Assistant Treasurer, Navistar Financial Corporation. “Navistar Financial has been financing our dealers and customers for nearly 60 years, and our truck lending expertise enables us to maintain a strong portfolio in all market conditions.”
Navistar Financial Corporation provides a variety of financial programs and services tailored to satisfy all Navistar’s customer and dealer equipment-financing needs.
